What a great pottery studio. My children and I have made and painted various items here over the years. Most recently I made and painted the Christmas tree tealight decoration. What fun that was to do. We were met with such warmth and talked through each step with great guidance and detail. I am delighted with my finished piece. I look forward to returning.
Over the years, I have visited this studio several times. I’ve made keepsakes with my children (finger printing onto plates/ plate for Santa/ baubles/ ornaments) and I’ve also enjoyed adult evenings doing Christmas plates. Most recently, I went for the first time to a clay workshop and made a Christmas tree ornament. Kiri was absolutely brilliant. The instruction was clear, the equipment is exceptional and the end result was better than I could have imagined. If you need any help or tips, Kiri and Maria are there in a second. It’s a relaxed, friendly environment and such good fun. I can’t recommend it enough. I can’t wait to go again!
Had the most fantastic couple of evenings slab making and then decorating a Christmas tree. Loved my first experience of making something from scratch and can’t wait to do it again. Thank you so much for kick-starting Christmas in a brilliantly creative way.
Excellent place to do ceramic painting
