Enjoyed the pottery experience from start to finish. From the moulding to shaping and painting, the instructor was clear and helpful. Liked that if you come early there is a place for you to sit and wait. If you want to glaze, it’s an extra £10 to be ready for pick up in 2 weeks. It’s got restrooms too. I recommend this experience.

Very disappointing experience. The session was poorly organized and felt rushed from the start. Communication beforehand was vague, I felt more like a transaction than a client. Hygiene and atmosphere were below expectations, which made it hard to feel comfortable or relaxed. On top of that, the attitude was cold and uninterested, with little effort to ensure a positive experience. Considering I paid £96, the overall quality was simply not acceptable. It felt overpriced for what was delivered. I wouldn’t recommend this service and definitely won’t be returning. (Just 1.5 hrs for the whole experience, this is not enough time)

Came here yesterday it was a birthday present had read lots of reviews and thought I hope lots of them were wrong and I’m happy to say I think lots of them are a bit harsh/ We actually had a really fun time there was only about half a dozen in the class and we got a lot of attention from the very animated chap that hosted it. This class proved that something that looks really easy when you see it on TV def isn’t 😂 Overall had a fun time in a really great part of London which carried on way into the evening.

Bought a soap making workshop as a gift for my friend and had a really good time! Had loads of options for the soap. The team were also really nice. Highly recommend

Me and my bestie booked a BYOB pottery-making session to celebrate my birthday, and it was such a fun experience! The instructions were very clear, booking was easy, and the place was easily accessible by tube or bus. We reached a little early while another session was finishing, chose our spot, and filmed everything. It was our first time doing pottery, so we honestly didn’t know what to expect but the whole session turned out to be messy, fun, and really interesting. Our instructor, Sarvan , was amazing. He explained everything clearly, guided us patiently at every step, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the session. He even asked if anyone was celebrating something, found out there were two birthdays, and wished us such a thoughtful touch! The main goal for us was to have fun and create memories, and this session delivered exactly that. We had come from two different ends, and it was totally worth it. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and they guided us well on how to collect the glazed pieces later. They even helped arrange earlier collection of the fired pieces upon request, which we really appreciated. The only small thing we felt was that it would have been nice to have a bit more time for painting but overall, everything was smooth and well-organized. We would highly recommend a pottery session with Sarvan as the instructor, and we’d definitely love to do it again 👍

We went to the full pottery workshop yesterday with my friend to celebrate my engagement. We were extremely excited as it was the first pottery experience for both of us. From the beginning everything was very confusing in terms of instructions from the crew. Nothing was said clearly to everyone but instead they’d tell something to a few people and then the rest of us were just blindly following them to take the tools, put aprons on etc. Once we moved to the pottery making it became even more confusing as the instructor was quite hard to understand + very visibly rushing everything. I get that it’s a workshop and not a lesson but it was just impossible to have fun when the atmosphere was so stressful and intense. In the end only a few of us managed to make their pottery by ourselves as mostly the instructor ended up doing them for us since they didn’t give us enough time to properly try to do it. Later on when we moved to the sculpting and painting we barely even got any instructions just simple "here are the tools, here’s the paint, dry it for 10 seconds" etc. They also said it’s the most creative part of the workshop yet no one was there to guide us and help us through it in case of any questions since the instructor immediately moved to the next group that came in. We barely even got to do anything with our pottery as another crew member came over after a moment to tell us that we have only 10 minutes to finish everything up. Unfortunately, we weren’t the only ones frustrated by the whole thing. We spoke to most of our group and each person we’ve asked agreed on how confusing and rushed the whole experience was. One couple requested a refund as their booking got messed up and they were unhappy with the whole workshop, yet they were met with dismissive behaviour from the team. Sadly, you can tell this place values money more than their customers and simply try to squeeze in as many groups as possible without actually taking care of each single one. Based on these reviews it looks like it heavily depends on what instructor you get. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the place has a lot of potential to actually be a really fun workshop provider if the team members change their focus from quantity to quality.
