Rescued Clay

I had the privilege of taking part in a workshop with Rescued Clay as part of a wider visit to an inspiring local industrial estate. Prashant and his brilliant team curated a thoughtful and multifaceted experience — blending sustainability, creativity, and community learning. Using clay excavated from the HS2 project, the pottery workshop was not only creatively fulfilling but also a powerful reminder of how art, environmental awareness, and well-being are interconnected. The session was expertly led, welcoming for all abilities, and deeply reflective of Rescued Clay’s commitment to meaningful reuse and community engagement. This experience reaffirmed the therapeutic power of creative expression and the importance of integrating sustainability into both our personal and professional lives.
