Had a brilliant morning attempting some pottery @ Shore Fired Pottery. Bec was an amazing and patient teacher. Would recommend this to anyone who is thinking of giving pottery a try. I can't wait to get the pots back once they're glazed!
Shorefired pottery @ The Studio Bude I had a fabulous 1:1 full day on the wheel with Becs and can’t recommend her highly enough. Becs has infinite patience and made the whole day really enjoyable. She gave me so many helpful tips and techniques, completely tailored to my pace and the way I wanted to work. I feel like I progressed from a relative beginner to throwing with confidence in the space of a few hours. I came away with some lovely pieces that she fired and glazed beautifully for me. This day has really transformed my skills on the wheel. Thank you so much!
Only did a 2 hour session with my husband ( complete newbies) and with Rebecca’s guidance now have 12 beautiful pots. Rebecca is a calm, encouraging teacher who inspires confidence and dispels anxiety. She then fires and applies slip to the pots for you and after a few weeks the end result is absolutely beautiful. Delighted with the experience in all respects and will certainly look forward to going back. Highly recommended
