I have enjoyed learning with John, he's so knowledgeable and explains things really clearly and has helped me develop my creative skills. I'll definitely be coming back for more lessons, and will be bringing my friends!

My partner and I really enjoyed the seven sessions we spent with John. Both being new to pottery we are really pleased with what we have made. John is a great teacher; experienced and clearly knowledgeable. Class sizes are kept small, this allows for a relaxed and personalised experience. We would highly recommend John’s classes to anyone and hope to continue with John once lockdown restrictions eased.

Spent the day learning about Raku glazing. The results clearly show in my pots pictured. Would recommend this and any course by John Cook of Morpheus Ceramics. The whole experience was fantastic with wonderful hospitality from John and his family. Thank you all again.

My wife and I signed up for a 6 week course with John as a wedding anniversary present, as she'd always wanted to try throwing a pot. I'm not a bit artistic, but it was great. John is an excellent teacher, with a wealth of knowledge not just about pottery but art in general. Over the course we learned a range of techniques and the course was so good we signed up for another 6 weeks at the end of the first. I would thoroughly recommend John's courses. A great instructor, funny and informative. Give Morpeus Ceramics a try and unleash your inner Potter!

What an experience, made very welcome and loved the day. Was genuinely undecided as to how the day would go but so very pleased we went. John has a huge knowledge of the arts and great crepes to boot! Thanks John. 👍🏻👌🏻

Me and my friend spent a day with John learning throwing, glazing and hand building. We had great fun and it was inspiring. He was happy to answer all our questions with passion. I definitely recommend his classes. Oh, and lovely homemade lunch 🙂
