From Scratch Crafts

We’ve absolutely loved the 6-week pottery course and sad we only have one session left! Sam is such a great teacher and has helped us build our skills while also making something new every week and playing with different glazes. I thought we’d only make a few basic pieces, but we’ve been able to try loads of different things and be creative. We’ll definitely be signing up for another course.

We have done 2 pottery workshops elsewhere before and they lacked the personal touch. Sam was supportive, engaging and patient and we all learnt so much more with her in one session than we did with the other classes put together. She was great and we would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Sam 🙂

Had an enjoyable session with Sam but don't do this unless you can collect your handiwork. We were promised that they would post our pots out when fired but after 3.5 months and plenty of promises by email nothing has been forthcoming. An expensive way to spend a couple of hours with nothing to show for it. Edit parcel finally turned up on 3rd January. Class date 14th September.

My son and I visited From Scratch as a surprise for his birthday what a brilliant time. We both made some great pots both on and off the potters wheel. Sam is a lovely lady and very professional and helpful. If you like the idea of making something from pottery this is the place to go

Enrolled on a couples pottery course, with some trepidation as I'm not the "crafty" type. I have had a wonderful time, enjoyed every minute. Superb, patient tuition, very relaxing environment and my pots look vaguely like pots! Highly recommend!

Good parking. Lovely tutors. Easy to follow instructions. Would recommend.
