The six afternoons I spent learning about landscape painting with Rosie were a delight. She is a patient and inspiring teacher, and her studio is a bright and comfortable space, well placed next to the Tarka Trail for much painting en plein air. I have come away feeling confident and well equipped to move forward on my painting journey. Thank you Rosie ❤️

We had such a lovely experience at Rosie and Reds Studio. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome by Red, who is not only incredibly talented but also a fantastic teacher. Our daughter had the opportunity to create her own personalised leather bookmark, and the guidance she received was just perfect — supportive, patient, and inspiring without taking away her independence. It was wonderful to see her so proud of what she made. The studio itself is a real gem, with beautiful artwork thoughtfully displayed throughout, adding to the creative and relaxed atmosphere. You can really feel the passion and care that goes into everything there. Such genuinely lovely people and a truly memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back!

I had experience of working with leather and wanted to try a taster workshop to see if it was for me. Thanks to Red’s teaching and encouragement, I felt I learned enough in one day to make some simple items at home. This was a hugely enjoyable experience and I’ll definitely be going back for more!
