Carmine Crimson Studios

Carmine and Crimson Studios is amazing. From the facilities to the tutors it truly is a great place to study. Whether you are attending a workshop or drop in sessions everyone at Carmine are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. It is a fantastic space to be in with lots of like minded people. They offer lots of courses with really talented artists, it’s a real gem. The studio is located just off the high street which is really vibrant and has lots of places to eat, parking, and a hotel within walking distance which is a bonus if you’re coming from farther away. I cannot rate Carmine and Crimson Studios enough, if you’re thinking about attending a course, do it!

An excellent week of tutorial by a master in oil painting Luca Indracolo. Great studio environment, very relaxed and calm atmosphere. Well done to Sarah and the Carmine Crimson team for organising which was for me a very fruitful event. Highly recommended. Thank you

Very friendly, welcoming and professional studio space to enjoy and learn painting with a like-minded group of people. They run workshops and weekly courses with accomplished painters who’re generous of sharing their knowledge and skills. Some nice tea, coffee, sweets during the sessions too.

So lovely to have such a great studio right in the heart of Guildford . I’m just coming to the end of the 5 week portrait and figure classes lead by Michael Gallone and feel I have learnt so much . The quality of the teaching and nurturing environment are perfect, whilst the studio itself is well equipped, spacious and light . Will definitely be doing more classes there and can’t recommend enough
