Had a 3 hour pottery beginner class on a Sunday held by Rosa and Lucy. It was really great, everyone enjoyed themselves. Have the time spent on the wheel and the other half spent making vases on the table. We left with the prospect of collecting two products each in 4 weeks time once they’ve had the chance to put it through the kiln and glaze them. They explained to us how they work as a charity and hold numerous sessions for people who aren’t as privileged as most (homeless, learning difficulties etc). I have recommended this to absolutely everyone since going and am considering coming back myself. Thanks for a great afternoon!
Rosa and Sarah were my tutors many years ago for the Wednesday afternoon classes, and I only have the fondest memories. They are fantastic tutors and the space is beautiful, classes are affordable and you're surrounded by so many inspiring makers and potters!
An excellent afternoon pottering with pottery. Rosa is a brilliant instructor and the class is pitched perfectly for adult beginners. Fun, Covid secure, and you walk away with new found muscles and two pots!
Complete waste of time! Don't bother visiting as you only find many non matching, poorly finished leftovers made and sold by snooty " artists". I assume the only way they make money is by giving lessons to people and charging a lot, not their actual craft/art work.
Love the classes, love the space.
What great fun! We had an incredibly fun, friendly and welcoming introduction to the world or pottery. Absolutely wonderful place.
Went along to the beginners class. Absolutely great time. Highly recommended
