The Artful Clayhouse

We just had the BEST 2hr taster session! The studio is very comfortable, has so much light, and is very clean. We were given demonstrations for every step, and our lovely instructor was available to help and guide at each point too. The class was such great value for money because we got to make two pieces completely from scratch and choose what kind of glazing we wanted on each. Overall, it was such a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning - highly recommend! Thanks team!

I absolutely love The Artful Clayhouse! The location is super easy to get to, which already makes it a win. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming — it’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel creative and at ease. The teachers are amazing — really professional but also so kind and patient, especially with beginners. They take the time to help you understand the process and are always happy to answer questions or give tips. You can tell they really care about helping everyone enjoy pottery and build their skills. The studio itself is gorgeous and spacious, with lots of different rooms for different parts of the pottery process. There’s plenty of space to work, so it never feels crowded, and it’s always clean and well set up. Overall, it’s such a fun, inspiring place to learn and create. Whether you’re trying pottery for the first time or just want a relaxing creative outlet, The Artful Clayhouse is definitely worth checking out. What a wonderful experience! First time throwing and took our grandmother for her birthday and we had the best time. Phoebe was a great teacher and created a lovely experience for us, super attentive and helpful. A great atmosphere in here for a treat, and I’ll be coming back soon. Lovely small class setting with a relaxed atmosphere.

The Artful Clayhouse is a beautiful, vibrant and fun studio. I took part in a handbuilding workshop led by Yilina who was a patient and excellent teacher. The atmosphere was peaceful and the studio rooms are stunning and feel very welcoming. Highly recommend. Really centrally located too. I will definitely be back!

I visited the Artful Clayhouse with my colleagues for our Xmas event, and it was amazing! Leading up to it, the process was super easy—communication was great, and responses to my questions were really fast. We did a 2-hour mixed pottery session that included handbuilding and wheel throwing, and it was such a fun experience. Me and my team loved it! The staff were helpful and explained everything really well, which made it easy for everyone to get creative. We can’t wait to pick up our pieces! Highly recommend Artful Clayhouse for a unique and enjoyable group activity.
