This Art Of Mine

The experience itself was excellent, a definite 5 stars. There was plenty of choice of pottery to paint and the 2 hours gives you loads of time to decorate your piece in whatever way you want 😀. However, the location knocks a star off of the overall experience. The actual building is spacious and well laid out, but the roads to the farm are single track and unlit, with not very many passing places. And without a satnav to guide you, it's easy to take a wrong turn somewhere. Even in broad daylight and driving at a slow 20mph, the fear of some huge 4x4 charging round a blind corner at 50-60mph is a real possibility, as it happened to me twice (once on the painting visit and once a week later when we went back to collect the finished pottery). The roads are not for the feint hearted and I have been a professional driver in my life and it scared me. However, if you're brave enough to face the roads, you will be well rewarded with an amazing experience. The staff are brilliant and knowledgeable and are ready to give advice should you need it.

Took in-laws for a xmas session and asked always the staff were excellent. Mum was impressed with the selection of items to paint, it took her ages to decide lol. As expected there was plenty of colours to choose from and staff around to ask questions. No question too small and always answered with a smile. Plenty of tea and coffee avaliable and toilet was spotless. We had Saturday afternoon booking and it was full with a party downs stairs but never felt cramped or rushed. Everyone had to do a wander for different paints but it makes people talk to each other rather than sit in silence. This was not my first visit and it won't be my last, keep up the good work and Merry Christmas.

My daughter took me here yesterday for my birthday and I absolutely loved it. I’ve never been pottery painting before and it was so relaxing . The atmosphere is friendly and the lady was always on hand to help and guide us. A real mix of ages including children. I’m definitely going again and treating my son and his girlfriend with a gift voucher .

I was absolutely blown away! We hosted my daughter’s 6th birthday at This Art of Mine. I hadn’t been before & found it online and booked it. It is the most incredible venue! Lots of parking, big grassy area where we had a picnic after the party and a beautiful venue in the barn. There is a huge array of pottery to choose from and the kids all found something special to paint from the £12 section. They had set up the tables beautifully for us and allowed us to bring decoration & food and drink. I cannot fault it & will definitely be back!

Yet another amazing relaxing afternoon pottery painting. Kate and her staff are so helpful, giving ideas and showing new techniques. Great value with a good selection of items of varying prices to paint. Attached some photos of our previous creations
