Highly recommend trying a pottery throwing class, it’s such a fun and creative group activity to enjoy with friends or family. Lora was absolutely brilliant; she’s a natural teacher who made the whole experience joyful and engaging. By the end of the session, we each had a unique piece to take home, which made it even more rewarding.

Fantastic studio, lots of space and equipment to use. It is well organised too. Lora is a super teacher, full of ideas and advice and great at helping you to achieve your own visions in clay! The studio has a friendly and fun atmosphere while being somewhat meditative, a great balance. Highly recommend The Clay Collective Market Harborough to anyone whether beginner or more advanced levels.

I love being a student at The Clay Collective! The studio is lovely - spacious and bright, and with everything a pottery needs - and Lora is a fantastic teacher. Endlessly patient, encouraging and generous with her advice, she's on hand when you need her and happy to leave you to play if you prefer a more independent approach. I love this space SO much. The perfect base to start my little pottery business from and Lora is fantastic. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned potter, there’s something for everyone. The Clay Collective is such a calming space, filled with anything you could possibly need to bring your ideas for clay creations to life. Lora who runs the studio is one of the people who taught me to throw when I started out and now I'm completely hooked!

Amazing place amazing teacher love it

Clay Collective is an absolute dream come true. I took the eight week beginners course and have stayed on since. The beginners course covers everything you need to know and Lora is a warm, funny and supportive tutor. She knows how to get you to where you want to be. To find a new hobby in a place surrounded by such supportive and creative people really, really is a rare find these days. The ability to switch off from the fast paced outside world and just spend a few hours creating in an environment where nothing can be rushed and mistakes are part of the process is so healing. I highly recommend jumping onto a course if you can!
