Naku Studio

Just did a 6-week beginners pottery course with Alisha. So welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating... Well kitted out too. She's not been open for long, but is definitely leaving her mark. She also runs a "mug in the pub" event which sounds like loads of fun!!

I have done the beginners course twice with Alisha and I can't wait to do more!! The studio is beautiful, the vibes are joyful and Alisha is the best teacher you could ask for. My love of pottery grows every time I visit 💖

We booked the 2:1 throwing session and had a brilliant first introduction to pottery! Alisha was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made it special for us both. Lovely to have a few bowls to remember the experience with, we'll be coming back for the Open Access session to glaze our creations soon!

Pottery and Naku is lots of fun and in both the longer 6 week courses and one off workshops creativity and individuality is encouraged so it’s perfect for making something unique to you! Alisha is very helpful and offers lots of help, and is happy to answer any questions. The perfect environment to learn a new skill! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My goodness I am so grateful that I came across Naku studio. It all came about when I was evacuated from my hotel in Paris during a fire, my anxiety was off the charts, so I scrolled instagram in the early hours of the morning as you do to calm my brain, when I stumbled across an advert for pottery classes Penryn and little did I know that I was about to became a part of a creative community and I love it. I love Alisha and I love everyone else in the studio. Thank you so much for teaching me how to make pots and stuff. If you’re thinking about giving pottery a go just do it don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it x

We had an introductory pottery lesson for two with Alisha. She was an excellent tutor with loads of patience and a wealth of knowledge. I am a complete novice and my partner did pottery for A level 40 years ago and Alisha catered for us both very well. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend it. We will be calling in to pick up our finished pieces in a couple of weeks when they are ready. Phil & Hilary.
