Tradpots Pottery Classes

A lovely, small, friendly pottery Studio in Lytchett Minster. We partook in a beginners half day session. We had close encouragement and learned the skills we needed. Lots of laughter and banter. Our pots came out pretty well so we shall be back for more. Thanks Mark form the two Katies

We did the Try Pottery (Taster) Class and had the best time. We made 3 pieces each on the wheel and came back to glaze them and were so happy with how they turned out. The class was very relaxed and they helped you with your technique to ensure you made something you would feel proud of. Mark was always a pleasure to see each visit and was very warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough and will be coming back soon!

Had this as a birthday present and went with my wife, daughter and her partner. It was a great experience and I really enjoyed it. Such patient and great guidance, found the whole thing very relaxing and can’t wait to see out pots once they have been in the kiln. Many thanks for a great afternoon and would highly recommend.

Excellent!! We just spent a very enjoyable afternoon learning how to use the wheel.... Mark and Tri (apols if I mis-spelt it) were very patient instructors and, in what seemed like no time at all, we were able to make some half decent pots!!! A really nice, enjoyable way to spend an afternoon, Great People who really know their stuff. Looking forward to going back once the pots have dried so that we can glaze them...looking forward to receiving some painting tips from Ray 😁😁😁

Another brilliant afternoon at Tradpots. This time learning how to throw pots on the wheel. Mark and Tri were excellent teachers, as always. I would recommend this - such a lovely activity to do with friends and family. In my case my husband who loves coming with me to take part in pot making and/or Raku sessions at the weekend. Thanks to all at Tradpots!!

I had a lovely time for my Birthday taster session. Mark was very patient as I was nervous having never tried pottery, but I surprised myself! I really enjoyed it and was made very welcome by everyone there. I made 3 pots and will be going back to glaze them. I will definitely be booking more pottery classes too.
