Visited twice, first time to make a wreath for outside and second time to paint an item. Jane and the team are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They took time to check in on all members of our party individually. Really please with the experience and would highly recommend.
A group of 7 of us went to celebrate for my Nana's birthday for something different. Jane (I believe), was friendly and helpful, and got us all making various bits and bobs, as she rushed around with other groups as well. It was an enjoyable experience and can't wait to paint.
Booked my sisters hen do for 9 of us to start off our day. We took some breakfast snacks and drinks and painted pottery, lots of fun. The availability of pottery & tools available was great and the explanation from the staff member was good, but she did go on for longer than needed. Overall, we had a great time and I can’t wait to collect all our lovely pots.
Visited Fired4U in February for a clay dragon workshop to coincide with the Chinese New Year of the dragon. Jane gave demo of how to build and explained the process then we were left to be creative. Jane was on hand to make get help and support. Then I returned to paint and have the final firing. This smoking dragon works by using an incense cone underneath and will live in pride of place at home.
Excellent experience. Lots of support and advice. I'll be going back to do some more as soon as I can. Thinking about doing some throwing next time; update... Went back and made a pot on the wheel. Great tuition, brilliant experience
Its so much fun! So many activities to do,from forming the clay by hand or on the wheel up to paint it. Very kind and helpful staff members,so many things to try and learn. Can book 2 hours, and its highly recommended to go back more time, and create.
This was a birthday present from my work colleagues. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I made a bowl although it's not straight as it was my 1st attempt. Very patient lovely lady who showed me what to do. Thankyou
