Ceramic Fitch

We went as a family group of 4 with my 2 teen granddaughters. It was a very professional and friendly environment. We were first shown a demonstration by Alisha and then let loose with a lot of support. It was a brilliant learning curve and not as simple as I first thought. I did struggle with nails - even nails that are slightly long can be challenging when using the wheel. But we all somehow managed to make two items each, which were then left to be glazed and fired for collection at a later date. Highly recommend this experience and it's a great starter session for someone who wants to take up pottery! And here are the lovely pots collected!

I bought two hour experience for two at Ceramic Fitch for my husband and what a great experience it was! Julie took us through the process and was very clear and patient as we made our own pots, especially as my husband is half left handed and half right! We were very pleased with the results and would thoroughly recommend Julie and Ceramic Fitch!

Best birthday present! Fantastic one to one lesson on pottery throwing. Julie explained clearly what I needed to do & why (& rescued the pots when I didn't listen!) Thank you Julie for the lovely glazing you did once the pots were dry & ready to be glazed

Took my daughter this time. Having had such a brilliant experience last time, when my girlfriend and I had a lesson with Alisha. My daughter and I had a wonderful time, and Alisha was giving the lesson again, and she was fantastic again . She really made it a magical experience for us, and she was great with my daughter. I was so happy with the bowls we made last time . I think these were even better . Can't wait to see them

We were complete beginners at pottery. The whole experience at Ceramic Fitch was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming. Alysha was very clear in her explanations and demonstration. She talked us through creating our own pots with patience and lots of support. We found it relaxing and mindful. No photos as due to collect pots this week.

We had such a fun and rewarding private session. Julie was knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through each step with great advice. We are very pleased with the beautiful pots we made and loved the wide selection of glazes available. It was a fantastic experience and we'll definitely be recommending this class to friends ... Hopefully we'll be back again soon!

We had a two hour throwing experience session voucher as a gift. The session was great and we are so impressed that we managed to make two items each which we have collected today after they have been glazed and fired. Our tutor Alisha demonstrated and explained each step so clearly and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Would really recommend and would love to have another go.
