What a fantastic afternoon. 3 of us had a taster class. Jayne was a brilliant teacher, and very patient ! We had a good laugh and can’t wait to go back for the glazing/painting. Would definitely recommend!!

What a brilliant day out! Me and a pal of mine booked a 'taster experience class'. What a laugh we had. Neither of us had made a pot before so everything was new. Jayne, our host, made us both at home straight away. She is a very good (and very patient) teacher. I don't know if she does it for every class but she took quite a few pictures and video clips which she sent to me later, which seemed above and beyond what I expected. I really wasn't expecting to make much headway on a first visit, but both me and my pal managed to make three bowls each (two thrown and one hand built). You get these fired and glazed included in the price. I'm not sure I'll be putting mine on public display any time soon but I was quite pleased with my efforts and Jayne was very encouraging and complimentary about my work. It was such a blast that me and my pal are going back for more lessons and this time we intend to do some decorating as well. A definitive star experience that I would recommend to anybody!

I went to an introductory class with a friend and thoroughly enjoyed the two (plus) hours we had there. Jayne is a lovely and patient teacher who took us through the basics and at the end of the session, we had produced three acceptable pots. Jayne then fires them at a later date and informs you when they are ready for collection. We really enjoyed ourselves, had lots of laughs and are considering going back for another class.

Beautiful ceramics, much admired in my house. Tried throwing a pot and Jayne proved to be a great teacher. Chuffed with the results too.
