LoveClay Ceramics Centre

I am yet to attend the class but I am leaving a 5 star review purely for the service LoveClay have provided me. I had accidentally book in for the wrong weekend and unfortunately the weekend I was free was completely full. I cannot stress enough how much this was purely my fault however, within 24 hours of myself raising my issue to LoveClay (I did raise my concern at 8pm way past office hours), they offered me a refund and invited me to rebook when I am able to return. This seems like such a simple issue and a simple resolution but the fact that I was given quick and easy service with no jumping through hoops, has left a great impression on my self. When I am free to do so, myself and my partner will definitely be booking it in!

We really enjoyed the couples' pottery session. The staff were friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Even if you think you are rubbish at doing crafting, I'd recommend it because you will be able to make something to be proud of at the end of the session with the help of the staff. My partner is visually impaired and struggles to use one hand properly but managed really well to create things with the clay and really enjoyed the session.

Fantastic experience! Throwing a pot was great. Demonstration was good and then guidance was given while we practiced The potters were so patient. Parking accessible.

Me and my boyfriend came for the valentines couples class, John taught the basics of wedging clay and centering it on the potters wheel and the best way to begin throwing a pot. We learned a lot and had fun although one of us was much more of a natural than the other!

Disappointed with this company , wife attended a pottery class and her wheel was broken so had to share with another member of the class, staff suggested that she would get another session or a discount on her pots, since the class finished nothing else has been mentioned or any emails saying sorry, when you pay for something from a company you expect this to be fulfilled but seems this companies customer service lets them down. This is a shame, so wouldn't recommend this.

The teachers are good but the class started late and as the next class was coming in we were rushed. From the teacher showing us to point of them wanting us to leave, we didn't even get an hour. My wheel tray fell apart twice..very stressful for the money.

Did the weekend throwing class with my daughter. It was so much fun, the instructor was amazing and we love all the things we created. They came out so much better than we were expecting! Give it a go!
