Patricia Lane Art studio & Gallery

I attended Patricia’s Gelli Printing workshop today. I haven’t done anything creative for quite a few years and I jumped at the chance to do this. I’d met Patricia quite a few times and really admire her work. It was a fun and relaxing day, and Patricia was brilliant at demonstrating each technique and offering support and praise throughout the day. I left feeling really happy with what I’d created and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommended

I attended Patricia’s Gelli printing workshop today & had a brilliant time. I was a complete novice & by the end of the workshop I had produced a number of prints of which I’m exceptionally proud. Patricia is an excellent tutor & breaks the tuition down into easily understandable chunks. She creates a lovely atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable & able to ask questions. I’d recommend any of Patricia’s workshops to anyone & everyone.

Went to one of Patricia’s live painting sessions last month and it was marvelous. To see how Patricia creates her paintings using all types of different everyday materials is very interesting and inspiring. Also taking much care not to pollute our water ways ,by letting her dirty brush water evaporate then using the dried paint in another painting. A thoroughly enjoyable experience well worth the price and Patricia is such a lovely lady and very welcoming. Thank you Patricia.

I attended one of Patricia's Gelli-plate printing workshops yesterday, "Textures & Botanicals" at the lovely Leabrooks Art Gallery. I had an amazing day and was excited to produce some interesting prints, despite being a complete novice. Patricia was an excellent teacher and gave me confidence to try various techniques. Thank you for a great day, am looking forward to the Collage Workshop.

I was lucky enough to visit Patricia’s studio with a couple of arty friends. Patricia was warm & welcoming and incredibly inspiring. An artist myself for over 50 years I was impressed by how much I learned from Patricia, so many new ways of doing things, new perspectives, new ideas a totally different approach to art. I was particularly impressed with her eco friendly way of working, the recycling and zero waste approach. We all left inspired & totally buzzing & it’s really given my art a new lease of life. I highly recommend anyone to go along to one of Patricia’s studio sessions, you will not regret it. As far as I’m concerned it’s the best money I’ve spent on learning about art. I highly recommend the lemon drizzle cake too!

Stunning paintings, lovely studio! We have two amazing paintings by Patricia and we love them! Such creativity and imagination using colour and texture! Simply brilliant.

Patricias artwork is very individual I bought two pictures that will fit in lovely to the decor in our home, reasonable prices to own a bit of original art work. Funny I was only interested in the first place because we had the same surname ( no relation)
