We had a great time visiting QSS, quality contemporary exhibitions in a large space. NB, check their Instagram page for exhibitions as it's more up-to-date than the website!
A very small gallery with only a couple of exhibitions, this place only needs a couple of minutes out of your day to view. The exhibitions change every couple of months and it is located right beside nandos and wetherspoons, both staples of anyone from the UK's diet. As it is so small, you can basically see everything you need looking in the window but I'd recommend having a quick look inside - you never know what you might find!
Recently converted artists studios with great light and affordable rents on a first floor location. There is a spacious internal gallery space that's worth checking out. Had a great time visiting resident artist Sinead McKeever who makes powerful sculptures using Dibond.
