It was a great experience at the Art for Mind event last week. I found it therapeutic painting and exploring a creative side of me I never knew existed. I would highly recommend! Also enjoyed the food bites! Thanks Artherapy Northwest!
I had a wonderful time at the Art for Mind event! Managed to produce a half decent painting even for someone with zero creativity like myself 😃 I would highly recommend Art for Mind - great for de-stressing! Huge thanks to the organisers, Artherapy Northwest.
Enjoyed the atmosphere. This is definitely a great way of switching off and focusing on YOU. Will definitely attend again and would recommend to anyone who is going through stuff at the moment.
