Brilliant experience doing the Throwing Taster Session at Columbia Road Clay. Both members of staff were lovely to speak to, with an in depth knowledge of pottery. Their studio was homely, and you felt welcome as soon as you entered. Would highly recommend taking a taster session with these guys!

Excellent class! The venue is a new space so it’s fresh, bright and nicely decorated! Our instructor Alex was brilliant! Our pots turned out so good I can’t wait to see them after the glazing process - so glad it’s being delivered straight to our flat!

Fantastic experience! I booked a private class for my partner’s and my anniversary, and it was even better than I could have imagined. Our tutor, Unu, was so patient, kind, and encouraging. She explained everything well and helped us when we needed. A very big thank you to her! My partner and I were delighted with our class and can’t wait to return.

Great experience, we’ve never touched clay before, we had Melissa who was fabulous in rescuing our dying clay pieces. The group was just 3 people, so it was very interactive with our teacher! We came for the Weekend Throwing Taster Class and made 2 pieces each, opting to get 3 of the 4 to be fired and glazed for £15 each. I will update the photos of our "bowls" when they are sent out!
