I had a 1-1 session with Franky in March 2025. This was my reintroduction to wheel throwing after a couple of brief sessions around 5 years ago. Franky was a brilliant teacher and I learned so much in 2.5 hours. She patiently explained the theory behind each step of the process, and ensured I was comfortable with the basics- we made 4 pieces in the session. Franky was really positive, friendly and encouraging- I can’t recommend her enough! Thanks so much Franky! I had so much fun and will definitely be back for another session. I can’t wait to use the skills I’ve learned here!

Excellent from start to finish. Franky was so quick to answer my initial queries on dates as a birthday gift including a voucher. So friendly but professional. A brilliant birthday experience! I did a two hour workshop at Grey Suit Clay. It was amazing. Franky was encouraging and patient, explaining everything very clearly. I would highly recommend her workshops to anyone interested. The time flew by and I left inspired to do more. Thank you Franky, I had a wonderful time.

We had a 2.5hr session with Franky. Such a great experience! Franky is a very patient teacher and made us feel totally at ease. Lots of fun and we even managed to make some lovely little pots. Absolutely worth a trip and we left feeling like we had learnt loads. Thanks again it was a fab morning 💚

We had the 2.5 hour paired workshop with Franky at grey suit studio in Sheffield centre Franky was warm, friendly and very welcoming and we both felt super comfortable in her company learning something new The session went by so quickly which is testament to how fun and interesting she made the skills class. I’m an absolute novice having never touched clay before in my life, but my partner has done a session previously. She commented that Franky was super informative and learnt some new skills and techniques she hadn’t practised before. I even produced something I was really proud of and can’t wait to use it at home! We would both highly recommend this course for both absolute beginners or as someone who already has pottery knowledge. Thankyou Franky. We had a great afternoon!
